Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your enrolment in courses and purchase of products from Madarsa Darul Huda Online. By enrolling or purchasing, you agree to these conditions.

Course Enrolment

• A non-refundable processing fee (₹10 for India / $5 for International) is charged at the time of application as Sadaqah to ISWA.
• Admission is subject to approval by the institute based on availability and suitability.
• Monthly fees are due on the 1st of each month and must be paid in advance.
• A 7-day notice is required to cancel enrolment. Fees for the current month are non-refundable.
• The institute may terminate enrolment for misconduct, non-attendance, or non-payment without refund.

Scholarship & Financial Aid

• Scholarships are granted at the sole discretion of the institute committee based on genuine need and available donor funds.
• Supporting documents may be required and must be truthful. Misrepresentation will result in immediate cancellation.
• Scholarship decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

Product Purchases

• All digital products (PDFs and videos) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
• Physical books may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Shipping charges are borne by the customer.
• Download limits apply to PDF purchases (5 downloads per purchase).
• Video access is for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.

Payments

• Indian customers pay in INR via Razorpay. International customers pay in USD via PayPal.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• The institute reserves the right to change prices with 30 days notice to existing students.

Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain Islamic etiquette in all interactions with teachers and fellow students.
• Disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate suspension without refund.
• Class recordings are for personal revision only and may not be shared.

Governing Law

These conditions are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Bihar, India.
